Everyone including the pastors commented on a nice clean clear sound. From the initial stages all the way to the end of the event was very good customer service. You took time to explain things well and never seemed in a rush even on the phone. You were able to recommend the type and size of equipment and a quote required based on a description I sent, including people attending, and band size. This was impressive as other sound guys will ask you for a lot of information before they give you a quote. The quote was very prompt and the equipment costs accurate. We appreciated the high quality equipment. Chris came and inspected the venue, took measurements and photos. On the day there were unplanned changes being made by some personnel, however Chris was able to handle the pressure and was quite helpful. He ensured we had good sound even on the stage and checked a few times to see if we were happy. Chris is very friendly and professional and made it very easy to ask for his help especially in high pressure situations. I would definitely recommend WEW to anyone. Great job.
